With his strong Leadership and Management skills guide teams and complex initiatives, the ability to assess new technologies, validate their merit for diverse applications and to achieve tangible and positive outcomes.

He works with various stakeholders, including Government, Private Sector, and Non-governmental Organizations, Projects and Research Organizations.

A seasoned Market Development Specialist, he plays the key role in Sectoral Assessments, Agricultural Service Market Growth, Business Development, and also in developing  Information and communication technology (ICT) materials, which brings significant positive results to businesses by increasing productivity and efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing decision-making, improving communication, expanding market reach, and fostering innovation.

He has undertaken several international consultancies, projects on ‘Making Markets Work for the Poor’ approach in Nigeria, Cambodia, Indonesia, Fiji and Sri Lanka. He also leads GMark Consulting Limited (www.gmark-bd.com), a consulting firm in Bangladesh as Chief Executive Officer

Director-Sales & Marketing

Md. Faruque Hossain has over 17 years of experience in Agricultural Marketing, Crop Production, and Agribusiness Development. As Director of Marketing & Sales, he drives KB’s Sale Strategy, Market Research, Budgeting, and Business Growth initiatives. 

Being a Director of Marketing & Sales, Mr. Faruque is mainly responsible for Sales Forecasting, Sales Planning (short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets), Monitoring & Evaluation, and Team Building; ensuring products reach target markets efficiently.

He recommends Product Positioning, Packaging, and Pricing Strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share, achieving satisfactory profit for the organization. His expertise also includes directing Market Channel Development activity and coordinating Sales Distribution by establishing sales territories and goals.

He has also served as a Master Trainer, conducting training programs for farmers, distributors, NGO staff, and government officers on Production Techniques, Safe Use of Pesticide, and Agribusiness Development. His expertise strengthens KB’s Market Presence and Customer Engagement.

A.T.M. Atiquzzaman

Director-Product Development & Production

A.T.M. Atiquzzaman brings over 16 years of experience in agriculture, specializing in Crop Production, Horticulture, Plant Breeding, and Irrigation Management. As Director of Product Development & Production, he leads KB’s Research, Product Innovation, Redesigning and Enhancement Initiatives, ensuring offerings meet evolving market needs. 

He evaluates Product Feasibility, Guides Technology Decisions, and Oversees Operational Monitoring for Product Development & Production. He is an expert to originate New Products in concert with Customer Needs and Business Model, Selects Correct Design Concepts and Fundamental Technology used for New Products or Improvement for Existing Ones, Processing and Data Analysis, Developing and Implementing Methods and Procedures for Monitoring Business Operations to accomplish Business Goals.

With an MBA and BSc in Agriculture, he supports farmers in adopting Modern Agricultural Practices, improving Productivity, and Minimizing Environmental Impact

He oversees both the Production Process and the Distribution Logistics to ensure High-quality products are delivered to customers on time by maintaining smooth production flows and ensuring that the entire operation is as efficient as possible.
